The book is short and to the point (which I appreciated) and it identifies several common pitfalls that may not be so obvious to landlords just starting out. These are lessons that could easily cost thousands of dollars and countless hours to learn through experience, so I am very happy to have learned them for just few bucks and about a 30-minute read.
